My wife and I bought a Bristol 35.5 last year. We are sailing out of Haverstraw NY on the Hudson River. We spent our first year sailing the Hudson and learning the ropes on our boat. I would like to eventually make a trip to Block Island or Montauk and back. Just need to get more experience and confidence in our sailing skills. The part about sailing up the East River around NY harbor and through Hells Gate is a bit intimidating. Your video was inspiring!
