Good afternoon. I'm sorry, what is the height of your mast, or more precisely, the height of the main sail of the mainsail. And what are your responses from the carbon fiber mast. I've been watching you for years, I remember you used to live on Lаgооn 52 and you had an aluminum mast. Could you give your feedback about the carbon mast. Is it worth putting it up and is it possible to put it higher than an aluminum mast. I really ask you to give your brief feedback to understand whether it is worth replacing the mast. The total height above water is 24 meters so the main should be about 20m high The carbon mast is lighter if I remember correctly the alu one needs an extra diamond. At this point it doesn’t make a difference for the resale value as there is no supply, in a couple of years it might be easier to sell a boat with carbon mast and cross if prospects can choose.

Really great videos guys! -- QUESTION -- We have heard about "bulkhead" problems on anther brand of catamarans (not Outremer). We have also watched videos of other brand sailing and listened to horrible sounds and squeak noises. Could you please show us how the bulkheads are fastened on your Outremer 55 and let us listen to how quiet it is in the hulls/bedrooms when sailing in bad conditions? I can't find any videos from inside Outremer's factory where they show in detail (or at all) how they construct these Catamarans. I know people would love to see a construction video series. If you guys could get permission to record it, I am certain you would get lots of views from it...

If I remember correctly in one of the first videos on an outremer 55 (Saga, hull no 1) we had pretty windy conditions and I demonstrated the complete quietness in the hulls while sailing above 15 knots. You might know we had another brand before and there is a difference based on choices made in the build process

Watch out for unwater volcanoes in that part of the world .

They're usually marked on the charts (possibly with exclusion zones around them). I know there's one in the Caribbean, between Carriacou and Grenada named Kick 'em Jenny. Very well-marked, despite being about 180m below the surface.
