Sailing Sweden

Today we sail in the Swedish archipelago between islands and markings. In light winds and some parts are even very shallow. We love this kind of sailing because you are so close to the nature. We need to clean ourselves in 12 degree cold water. After all, we are Swedish Vikings.
Sailing in Sweden in the summer is beautiful.

Back in 2012 my wife along with her cousin and husband visited Sweden (plus Denmark and Norway) impart to track down their Swedish roots. We took a tour boat ride through Stockholm's archipelago. It was so beautiful. I wish we were on our sailboat to soak in the scenery like you did in this episode. Very enjoyable! Somehow KZbin neglected to put your channel in my feed like it had before. I always enjoy your videos.

Hi John! Yes, Stockholm's archipelago is so beautiful. In this episode we sail in the St Anna archipelago, it is a bit south of Stockholm but it is quite similar. It can be a little tricky to navigate the area because of all the ground. But it's worth it. Wow, your wife has Swedish roots. Exciting to hear. @@uventure.lifestyle - Swedish on her mother's side, Irish on her Father's side. Both are 2nd generation. She grew up in Worcester MA where Norton Abrasives (now part of Saint Gobain) was headquartered. Worcester has a very high concentration of people who came from Sweden, Norton was VERY good to their employees. Incidentally, the lady has similar head and facial shapes as my wife and her sisters.
