I find my self repeating myself over and over again. But the attention to detail, the fluid and smooth transition between A-roll and b-roll are just amazing. You relaxed and easy talk with the camera and voiceover complete the whole ting in a way i just find my self to absolutely love. This is so well done and yes, I’m sitting here on my iPad and taking notes when I’m watching this. You inspire me in so many ways. Damn this was incredible to watch 🔥 i would love to see how your planing out your shots and story before, under and after a project like this. Damn, this was great fuel to my creative mind. Thank you again for a great video 👏🏻🇳🇴

I'm honored to receive such an overwhelmingly nice comment from you Thomas. It means a lot! I think we both have things to learn from each other, because as I said I also get inspired by watching your episodes. It calls for a KZbin workshop some day :) Thanks again!! 🥰

That type of anchoring is very common in Desolation Sound, Canada. In fact, over the years, metal rings have been embedded into the rocks to make it easier.

Thanks Jarle, it's strange we don't have more sailing channels in this "sailing country", but I think Norwegian kids are less adventurous than ever, and too busy working and paying of their house debts... Thanks for checking out my video :)

Great vidio as always reminds me of the ten years I spent there many years ago...... but where are the jellyfish? have they been banned? and what happened to Stabbur Makrell or is that still a Norway secret?
@norwaywithpal
@norwaywithpal 3 жыл бұрын
Hi M G, stabbur makrell is still around, we had some cans just did not film it..hehe... jellyfish also around, but I have to say we were surprised to see very few of them this year! I think perhaps it had to do with the weather. It's been very warm, and they might prefer staying on the deep when the water temperature is too high.. Some of them sting (as you probably know), so did not miss them too much ;)

My goal is to sail the Oslo Fjord (am currently sailing my 34ft from Canada to Europe) but was wondering how long a sailing season you have? June & July only or is a longer season viable?
@norwaywithpal
@norwaywithpal 2 жыл бұрын
Hello Stephen, how long the season is highly depends on who you ask. Personally I prefer a long season, and I sail from late March to late October. Cool that you are thinking of sailing to Norway/Oslo. Feel free to let me know when you arrive, would love to meet up and check out your boat!
