I have loved your videos for years but they get better and better. Adam's story of getting soaked made me laugh far more than it ought, but shows why you two are so great: Khiara's reaction was perfectly reasonable, and wonderfully funny. Thanks for sharing your life with us

Another boat showed some good footage when they where up there in their all electric sail boat. Uma is the name of their boat. They advocate to 'don't but a couch'
@nick.caffrey Жыл бұрын
@@alexfullmer4707... or even 'don't buy a couch'! Two completely different takes on Iceland. For me Ciara and Adam have it for entertainment value.
@tomriley5790 Жыл бұрын
@@alexfullmer4707 The Millenials seem to be having a much more fun time in Iceland than Uma- I think because of the time of year that they went, Uma stayed in Norway/Svalbard etc. and were pretty rushed and late in the season.

I've been catching up on the last couple months. There are probably 1000 KZbin channels out there from people sailing the world but yours is a cut above (maybe several cuts above) literally everyone else. It's professional, well-edited, great footage, and two great young personalities to boot. Keep laughing and smiling!

Just a suggestion... If given the opportunity try to invest in a good pair of trekking poles to use on some of your more "dodgy" hikes... They will greatly help with stability and lessen your chances of falling or rolling/spraining an ankle or worse. Fair winds and following seas, God speed!

Haha I have been there! It's deceptive in Iceland with the lack of trees, you think it's going to be easier going. I got about that far in to a hike up the hills above Akureyri, got mired in to ice mud, and then walked back with frostbite. I still suffer on my right foot from it. I often wonder how the original Icelanders trekked like they did...obviously with a lot more care than I did. Fantastic channel, I love that you were willing to do this absolutely bonkers trek and still laugh!
