I grew up near Lockport and have been following you since episode 1 on your wonderful journey. I've been lucky enough to have extensively travel in my career as a commercial orchid grower in Hawai'i. While on a consulting trip to Chiapas I had one of the best meals ever in Tapachula. So, I will pass this on to you if you are there for awhile. Freshly grilled ahi, stuffed with a local mushroom like corn fungus, covered with a freshly made avocado sauce. This was back when John Elway won the superbowl and I still think about it.

If you make a cutting board that will fit in between the wall and fiddle of your refrigerated area and just wide enough to cover one opening hatch you will be able to slide it back and forth for entry and you won’t need to chop food on the counter .. plus it just looks cool .

Great trip. I was in Chiapas late last year and early this year. It is a great marina except for the lack of a breeze. I have one question about your spinnaker. Why do you fly the spinnaker with such a loose tack. I know you both have racing backgrounds. So, I'm interested in your logic.

So annoying. I have read that if you want to help a YT channel, you should not like it until after at least 50% VCR, but then I forgot to like it before the end. I had to restart from the beginning. Then, you should not stop until you watch all the way through. TLDR: I wanted to optimally support the channel, so I watched the video twice.
