Glad things are coming on well. Surely you need to have a black water collection tank onboard ? ie The disposal of a boat’s waste water is regulated by The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL). Feces and waste water have to be collected in a designated tank on board and can only be disposed of once the vessel has reached a certain distance from the coast. A disposal on inland waters as well as in some regions is strictly prohibited. In this case, the tank contents have to be disposed of via a designated vacuum sewerage system in the harbor. ATB regards from the UK

Little tip for your Bimini! Use a 4mm dyneema rope and build a whoppie sling. A whoppie sling is a adjustable dyneema sling with full strength. Mostly used as a adjustable hammock suspension. Easy to make and a bunch of tutorials in KZbin. Never use knots in dyneema ropes, you lost 50-70% of breaking strength

While I have no idea if daily videos are good/bad for the algorithm, I do appreciate them. So often we see rebuilds that skip so much time that I think people think they are just the easiest thing in the world to do. These videos show the (sometimes) small incremental advances required to get to the end goal. Keep it up guys!!!

I applaud all the effort you two are putting into your dream! I also love the new format of daily content. I am curious if you've considered pouring water over your decks on a regular basis? I also follow a channel "Tally Ho". They are getting close to launch and Said in a recent video that they have begun pouring seawater over the decks to prevent shrinkage. Keep up the fantastic work every tiny step you take brings you closer to your dream!

Yeah Bro'! MASSIVE work. Odd life have sold and your task is still in progress. My perception of that is you will have so much more enjoyment from the method applied and in the finished unit. There is a comfort in the sea, of a heavy timber hull over Fibreglass or steel. A motion so much more in sync with the human spirit. I grow impatient watching the finishing stroke of this artistic "brush" before launch.

What about your BLACK WATER tank for your heads. You can't dump it everywhere. It has to go into a holding tank.
@ericcartman929811 ай бұрын
Love the Channel, watcher day 1. I do electrical on yachts and diesel. Just please go revisit the 24 volt panel and secure the main red cable to the bus bar with something. Having the lug take all the weight and sway it will eventually stress and break and leave you with no power at all and possible fire hazard. Just needs to be secured to some solid anchoring point to the panel. The lug will break off. Not a question of if but when.. Keep up the awesome work.
