I love the fact there is a company out there willing to teach without charging. I have learned everything I know from watching Sailrite's videos. I am now on my 4th restoration pontoon. Awesome tutorial.

That's how they build customer loyalty. When I need something I always go to Sailrite first even for common notions.

I bought a New Fabricator and have yet to use it. Hope to engage on retirement. In the meantime, I am watching and learning from these videos. Congratulations on your success with the pontoon boats. That is something I might be interested in as well. Phillip Hall

@@PhillipHall01 Thank you. I really appreciate that. Watch their videos and just dive in. I had zero experience and now I can sew anything with pattern.

I like that you admit if you mess up like cutting the extra material a little short, we all mess up, thanks for showing us the process 👍😁

I am currently upholstering my power boat and these videos help me a lot, thank you so much for uploading these and mad props to the insane skills and craftmanship displayed here.! I love upholstering but the lack of experience makes everything slow and of course mistakes happen which cost material and money...upholstery is an extremely relevant skill , it is all around us ...much respect to this master!!

Having had a "tournament ski boat" myself the hole on the back of the seat was made for an air bag for lumbar support. Sitting almost directly on the floor can cause a back cramp. The bag helps alleviate this.

You need to blast that old foam with presurized steam to pop it back to factory shape and kill all the black mold!!
@SailriteDIY11 ай бұрын
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely give it a try and see if it helps restore the foam to its original shape and eliminate any mold.
