I live in Alaska and happen to have some Salmon in my freezer courtesy of my neighbor. I always made salmon cakes with breadcrumbs but I can’t wait to try it with potatoes. Thanks

You both make an awesome team!! I've tried your egg muffins before, but w/o the salmon. Your recipe called for sausage (GF of course) and spinach. They are delish! Thank you for introducing me to onion powder. Yes, my gut is happy!

Hi. Tried to photo of your cook book shelf in this vid ( the besinning of salmon frittata). Do you have a vid where you show your Cook books and talk about them? Or could you make a vid like that? In Sweden all english language books are often limiter, so you can order them, but not look at them beforehand, which is difficult because you really don’t know of you’ll like them. And books are not very Cheops… ;) Of course I DO have yours already and love them. I esp look for Fodmap books that are nicely designed and of course good fontens!

I used to make spanish frittata for breakfast and it always got grey and wet in the box even though i waited for it to cool down. Doesn't that happen to you?

Hi Becky and Mark! Love what you guys do, you are my absolute favourite meal inspiration of all time xx Could I please know what spices were in your railway curry? There was nothing in the description and I’m not sure if they were all mentioned. Thank you so much! Jess

Thank you so much for delicious recipe ideas because our diet can become boring so easy.. which herbs/spices did Mark use for the cajun recipe?
@BeckyExcell4 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for watching! Sorry, I forgot to add it to the description! For his cajun rice, he used half of this amount: 1 tsp Chilli flakes 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp pap 1/2 tsp Oregano 1/2 dried thyme Pinch Black pepper Pinch Cayenne pepper Pinch All spice 1/2 tsp Ground coriander Pinch Ground ginger

Hi. Becky. always waiting for your recipes. Both of you are fun and doing a great job for IBS sufferers. I just have a question recently i had a muffin using some broccoli and mushroom but with a least qantity and added some mozzarella cheese. Unfortunately it got so painful on my tummy and suffered with diarrhea. But this happened after few days. Was so frustrated. Coz i have to cook separately for my husband and myself. How u guys deal with broccoli and we are allow to eat little mushroom. Right . what about mozzarella cheese. Im so confused

Sherry Fernando hope you don’t mind me replying. I also follow low fodmap and broccoli is fine but mushrooms are definitely not! Avoid them at all costs 😊

every time i see a rice dish on here, i find something new to disappoint me. If you refuse to get a rice cooker, at least wash your rice before you nuke it. haiyaaaa
