Casual Chat: 2025 New Year's Resolution Edition

I noticed after recording that the camera was set to automatically adjust the ISO (the brightness) while recording, and I was too lazy to re-record the one-take. I'll make sure to adjust that in future full-camera videos! Also I tried to be more careful with making sure that the background music was subtle, and I've a new editor on-board to help me with some videos, so some visual aid was added to this edition (per old Casual Chat video comment feedback).

I'd love to see more class guides from you or perhaps min max guides for some classes in Lost Ark. I feel like your guide is easy to understand and helps break down some of the technical aspects of a class. Either way, Happy New Years!

I really enjoyed your videos. Pretty much all categories. The class showcase was especially well done, even if you don't go deep into what you don't know (that actually even better than just misinforming). So more videos like the Slayer or Aeromancer overview. Especially for the new classes once you finished testing them out would be appreciated. Also what I often try to find is a review of a new Korean system, both so I can understand them, but also possibly prepare for (for example we know we are getting Ark passive for all characters, but almost nowhere was said how exactly the accessories we currently have in T3 change, that we are getting new refining materials and that it's send to roster storage for each character based on something I don't even know. And what do the old accessories now dismantle into anyway? Or that refining in T3 cost only silvers. I also know you're getting asked about these new system daily, so dropping a short explanation video you could forward all the people to could be worth it even from your side 😀 Lately perfectionism and possibly outdated guides... The first one is a great enemy of getting anything done. Especially your previous lore ark videos were just cozy and really nice to listen to. I think people appreciate that a lot. Of course you can go with great production, showcasing everything and I'm very curious about the end result for the lore ark to come. But don't underestimate the single option of listening and watching on second monitor. It's more and more prevalent :) And the up to date videos/guides--. If we took that literally we could never ever do anything, cause at one point it's no longer valid. So yes, if we know a big balance patch is coming, making a detailed guide isn't probably smartest idea. But otherwise? People appreciated it because it's useful now. And if it last month that it served it purpose. At best include the current 'time' of the guide in the game timeline so it's easy to know when it's relevant. Anyway thanks for the content and looking forward to more ;)

Personally i would love to see more casual chat videos. They are always super comfy and informative for someone that maybe doesnt catch every stream. As someone who has pretty much dropped out of lost ark stuff, I would love some short videos talking about the games for variety when you finish them / drop them. Especially when its game that are binged in a couple of days its hard to keep up with everything xD So a small chat about the game and how you liked it after would be very nice! Happy new year, Saint! I really love your old guide videos (What is there to do at level 50 in Lost Ark?, Gems/Cards/Bracelets 101, etc...) They remind me of back when I was a noob and I'd watch them religiously to try and learn everything I could. I understand your point about the guide content becoming outdated, but honestly I'd implore you to watch some of your old stuff, alot of the information is surprisingly still relevant. For example, you could show a new player today your Card Decks 101 video and the information would all be correct. I also love re-watching your DL Kakul-Saydon run. I remember being so impressed by how good you were on Sorc and you actually inspired me to clear the raid myself (and to get good at Igniter).

hey Saint, very glad youve decided to revive your youtube again and realize some projects - im very excited about Lore Ark! I think your way of approaching stuff like this is top notch production and as youve mentioned multiple times previously the only thing that keeps you from persuing more of it is you being a little lazy when it comes to uploading and maintaining stuff. However I think you would be a great addition to youtube for any content rly and one I will be watching for sure, so I rly hope you can find a few talented chaps out there who will make the youtube chore much more doable for you, cause I think your variety streams are rly fun, I enjoy watching them a lot and for Lost Ark ... the game has been in dire need for more content creators publishing. Dont get me wrong, theres great streamers out there, but the content for Lost Ark is very scarce in my opinion, a big production for Kazeros race along the lines of Race to World First in WoW would be such a fucking cool event, I cannot even tell you! So im personally rly excited for more Casual Chats, more variety - what I would rly like and Im sure a lot of people would agree is more gameplay videos from Lost Ark. For example a new raid comes out like brel and people would like to watch their class play the raid, maybe look for burst windows, look for that specific class to solve certain mechanic or pattenr they struggle with and you just dont rly find anything about it if youre not able to search youtube in korean language. Theres a few youtubers who have started to cater towards western audience like Loteng and Agam, who make videos of gameplay without VOs, just raw game footage. Maybe a thing to consider, dont know how much that interests you, but it would definitely be cool. On this note I want to thank you for providing a ton of entertaining streams this year that really helped me escape from the exhausting day to day worklife a lot. Ive come to the point where I feel very cozy and can literally feel stress decompressing if I watch you yap about pretty much anything and youre helping a lot of people with that other than me im sure. Its very funny to me that 2 of my favorite streamers being you and Stoopzz come from the same household! So thanks for that, keep up the great work but please make sure to not neglect your health, its our greatest gift, allthough one that will be taken for granted until the very second its been taken from you as Stoopzz will probably confirm to you. my vacation into poe2 and its endgame really made appreciate LOA a lot more too. I genuinely feel LOA has better... everything. combat telegraphs, combat in general, inventory management, all of it. Only things POE2 has that's better is probably graphics and.... infinite chaos dungeon along with its gear grind. But at the end of the day I want combat, back to LOA I go haha

Personally, I would like to see more Lost Ark lore theories like the League of Legends. I'm sure the world of Lost Ark has a lot of interesting mysteries and untold stories. I'm a G-skipper because I'm not much of a reader, but I always enjoy hearing stories from Lost Ark veterans like yourself. I really hope you make more lore or theorycrafting about Lost Ark like necrit on League of Legends.

just make relic books more common, gems drop more from rimeria chaos and i think if they do that right theres a chance the power levels will equalize more before kazeros comes out (they prob wont tho)

I think so yeah! It has so much content, much of which they ported over from Wakfu like places/bosses/classes. The playerbase is also huge, but mainly French.

In the case of this race and any other race past or to come, LOA is pay to win, there is no denying it. In other matters, the game is pay to progress, u can do anything a whale does by just grinding, it just takes more time and/or effort.
