In appearance and attitude, we become what we model ourselves on, and in the same way, we can become versions of our Earthly parents, we can, by the power of the Holy Spirit, become more and more like Jesus.

By the way, Ephesians 5:3 actually says, "Let not sin be named even once among you, as Christians" KJV. Understand this. Also, not only holiness "good" is REQUIRED for your salvation! (Hebrews 12:14)
