Growing up on your music I even had a cover band Scotch & Rocks @ my wedding in 89 as an Ojibway indian adopted by a scottish/irish man your pig & whistle was on our tv growing up as well as many stories of the legens and alway`s @ Detroit concerts from 6 0r 7 even Jimmy Fergasen possing for a pic.Saw you @ Boblo Island as a child.I did marry into a second generation famouse Libral political family whose children refussed as did mine to become part of the devils eilet.I taught my husband his culter while he taught mr thetruth about mine.I always danced with my dad to black velvet band and him being passed when I married the bag pipper in the church and the band made sure everyone knew he was there and the jokes about an indian & an Irish man having drunken poets for children well there not drunks or poets but performers and very smart. My favorit song ever wich I never found on a record was THATS OK ROSE WOULD SAY>Love that song and grew up to it`s lesson about working hard in hope that being old we`d have good times when the work is done.My baby`s are grown and now with the rest of the word on self issolation. So glad we had our Ojibway herratage come when they were 2 and 7 living the life I dreamed of with a retched woman who hated being a mother and the most rasist woman I ever met,I know while dieing my father hatted his choice of wife. You always cheered him up though with many of us always loving your band. From Windsor Ontario.May you be a half an hour in heaven before the devil knows your dead, much love and many many blessings.

Seeing as how alcohol is literally part of the Judeao-Christian faith I don’t see how a glass at dinner every once in awhile can hurt

Embracing your guilty pleasures doesn't mean drinking a glass at dinner, they're eluding to drinking all day long (I believe)

Great song, but I've always known the Rovers to be a Canadian band. I am not sure if CBC would have given you a show if that wasn't the case.
