I miss the regular videos as well. As soon as I can I'm going to ditch my Mash and Boil and get a Clawhammer system. I have heard about Wormwood being used as hops. Another interesting project is brewing various beer with alternate yeast. I've been experimenting lately and things are very positive.

If you want more views make a super high alcohol content stout. Like 10%+ last time I was at the brew store I heard at least 4 people ask what they needed to make a super strong beer and the guys at the shop said make a stout.
