Thanks for taking the time to make this video... It seemed like the dirt was pretty jammed up inside the spray bar. I hope the friend/customer will be using a fuel filter in the future. I'm wondering how the center electrode on the defective spark plug came to be so far away from the ground electrode?! Good diagnosis and repair. I think I would have been a little hesitant to press the spray bar out like you did, and more likely to throw the carb body with the spray bar into the sonic cleaner for a couple of rounds first... but then that may not have worked, and may have ultimately ended up doing the same thing you did; but I'm a little chicken-$hit when it comes down to stuff like that. Excellent work, Chris, I hope you were paid well. I hear nothing but good things about this particular engine.

Good video, but your audio is very low and it's hard to hear your voice. I have that engine on my Great Planes Revolver and it's great.

thanks for your video! I also had the same problem these days, exactly the same, I opened it and found this sort of cap, but did you finally understand what it was? It almost seems made on purpose to send the engine in for maintenance!

Nice video on troubleshooting that Saito! It seems to run fine now. If it was run with fuel that was dirty enough to clog the spraybar, then it might be a good idea to pull the exhaust and intake manifolds and look inside to see if the valves are fouled. You don't want to take a chance with a stuck valve.
