I am pretty close to that and never took PEDs. Most of my friends don't believe it either. I take it as a compliment. I lack that last sacrifice coach Greg talks about to get that shredded. Get improve my diet/cardio and get into a caloric deficit. My weight training and resting are perfect. I lack cardio because my schedule doesn't allow it. It's either sleep well or do cardio well. I choose to rest well. Problem: work to much and to little time to do the necessary cardio. I am not waking 5am to do cardio 😅 Other than that... thanks coach for all the tips. It's nice that he doesn't care unlike some of the other people in the fitness industry who try so hard to convince people they're natty. Whether you are or aren't, most people don't really care. It's the lying that people don't respect.

Greg, when you say numbers in pounds, could we have a subtitle converting it into kg please? Pounds say nothing to much of non-American audience, I would think. It's sometimes pounds this and pounds that in quick succession, could be way too much pounds to convert in your head on the fly.
@derekcarter2645
@derekcarter2645 2 жыл бұрын
Kg to lbs is a bit over double. It's about 2.2x. For example 100kg is 220 lbs
@dmitrygreen4002
@dmitrygreen4002 2 жыл бұрын
@@derekcarter2645 Yeah, I know, but you have to convert on the fly the other way around - from pounds to kg, which means you should divide, not multiply. Dividing is harder than multiplying. So 200 lbs is 91 kg. You hear 200 lbs and intuitively understand that it's a bit less then half of 200, so it's less than 100, but how much is it - is it 80kg, is it 95kg? Maybe 75? It's quite the range. It's not that I can't calculate, I was actually competing in games that somewhat require that, I just thought that for thousands of people watching Greg it would be convenient. I'm sure a lot of people just skip all these numbers in pounds like a gibberish, because it takes a little extra effort to convert. So in fact they miss part of the valuable content.

@@dmitrygreen4002 dont use too much of calculation. Just half it and subtract a little proportion. Like 550 pounds - 275-some little proportion . Means Around 250Kg.

this guy is an inspiration to small guys like me. I have been working out for a year, started at 100lbs bw and a year later im turning sixteen in 4 months and im 122lbs at around 11-12%bodyfat. I maingained mostly and lean bulked a bit and my dream physique would definitly be 180lbs at the same bodyfat percentage. im currently trying to get half way there or 140lbs, and i already love my physique. im not big by anymeans but people can tell that i work out, and i have a V taper even though my waist isnt genetically small. This guy gives me hope that one day i can look like a gymshark model
