I'm 6'2" and naturally very lean. At my peak training, I hit 206lbs. I never took anything, at all. But I looked nothing like these dudes either.
@mikegamikega Жыл бұрын
Yeah well there’s studies that show there is a 20 Lb range between what the average male is capable of gaining in muscle mass. Some people are higher on that range and others are lower. It’s just luck of the draw. A lot of people don’t train or eat any differently than peak natural guys and will never be as large because their natural ceiling is lower. That’s just the way it is unfortunately. My brothers are both 6’3” and lean like you are. I’m 5’8” and I’ve always put on muscle faster than them and they’ve never had as much lean mass as me. As far as I’m concerned you don’t have to be like these guys to look good and be happy with yourself. As long as you’re consistently doing the work all the same, that’s something to be proud of.

The biggest thing, personally, against the case for Max and Shizzy is the random rapid progress. If they both had been powerlifters, oly lifters, etc; then swapped to more hypertrophy training , I'd be more inclined to believe them. But having that rapid of transformation doing the same style of training as intermediate- early advanced lifter is just suspicious.
