It happens to every maknae eventually...lol. They are no longer the baby in their company or the industry. Some are likely relieved as they didn't really like being the baby, and others are likely sad that now all that attention is directed at someone else and they are just a middle child now. Then one day you are doing your hosting gig on some variety show and a new artist is the guest and their parents went to high school with you, or they mention how their parents listen to your music, or you realize that the artist is young enough to be your kid. Then you feel old...lol. At least Eunchae will always be Le Sserafim's maknae, and when they do a 30th anniversary reunion concert in 2050, they will still make Eunchae wear pigtails...lol.

Newjeans and Illit are the same ages, but Newjeans's interactions with Lesserafim are limited because the manager of Newjeans hates Lesserafim for debuting before Newjeans, she wanted Newjeans to be the first and only Hybe girl group so she holds a grudge against Hybe for debuting Lesserafim, especially since lesserafim has 2 members with existing fandoms. The manager of Newjeans also hates Illit for debuting with long black hair, something she apparently thinks Newjeans invented so there probably won't be alot of Illit x Newjeans interractions either.

There's a difference between unnie (older sister for a female) and sunbae (senior). Unnie is always determined by age and really is only used by people who are familiar with each other. Eunchae is automatically "sunbae" to all of Illit as she debuted before them. She's also older than 2 of those members. But whether they would call her "unnie" depends on whether they're close enough to be considered friends or even close friends. Chat is getting cheeky by saying "Eunchae unnie" and Sakura is thrown off by their baby being older than someone as she's not only the youngest member, she's often flat out the youngest person in the room.
