I love and appreciate a good salad. I know what you mean about how this basic salad recipe can be made with a variety of ingredients. Could make it like salad nisswa, with tuna, or add artichokes and tomatoes. I think you could add apples and beets. Whatever you might have. Thank you for showing us how to make this salad. As a 62 year old Englishman who’s never been to the USA recipes from Beverly Hills are about as far away from my milieu as it is possible to get but you are such an inspiration (and a joy to watch) and the salad looks so delicious that I’m mad keen to make it ASAP.
