Based on the detail from payscale, it's around 440,000SAR per year (that's around 114,000USD). But the amount isn't fixed as it could be more or less depending on some factors such as the hospital employing you, years of experience and job description etc. Note that this pay is tax free and there might be some other non-monetary benefits such as free accommodation, transportation, etc.

That will depend on some factors like where you trained and practice, what procedures you do and other factors like the hospital employing you and your job description. The good thing is that money is quite good and will be stated in your contract for you to choose to accept or not.
