When you said "3 bed, 2 bath, 1700 sqft" to yourself before going on air it was one of my favorite parts thus far. On Bravo we see the highlight reels of your craft, but here we get to see a glimpse of what it takes to truly succeed at anything you pursue: constant effort and relentlessness. Also, I'd subscribed after watching the first video, but this one left me hooked! Great job.

"Just do it all the time. The minute you stop someone else is gonna do it faster and better so you just have to be relentless and work non-stop, because eventually everyone else is gonna slow down and you will be there just to past them." This part motivates me so much. Thanks for the content Ryan!

Ryan, your story is very inspiring to me and I can really relate. I’m an immigrant, moved to the US in 2010. I moved from having hundreds of friends and being close to my family to not speaking fluent English, having zero friends, not knowing Los Angeles / Orange County at all and having only my father around. 8 years later, and 4 years of hard work in the real estate industry, I now own a real estate brokerage (nobody knows about, kind of like what you were describing in another video), with 2 agents on my team, and working even harder to make sure I can accomplish my big dreams of someday doing what you do. Becoming a successful broker, inspiring other people to chase their dreams, and maybe even be on TV someday. Thanks for all you do, the world appreciates it.

Love it! Best part: on the daily mail tv segment when you were repeating the bedrooms and square footage back to yourself before going live. Insights like that....that show how much you’re just like everyone else, add a layer of humanity that all viewers can relate to.

I also agree. It’s the raw footage and emotion, dedication and perseverance in the blogs that I enjoy most. Most importantly how you are able to maintain a work and family balance. I’d like to see more of these blogs through the year. You can see all the leadership traits involved in running a successful business. Thanks for pursuing this, given the fact that MDLNY is about to launch soon.

Love the empathy focus. While I do not have much sales experience, I imagine being so focused on your product or service can blind a salesmen and prevent them from actually understanding what a (potential) client is going through. Understanding the client not only builds rapport, but also ensures they are providing the best quality product or service.

Great vlog! It’s good to see the behind the scenes of the day to day! I’m glad you show and talk about starting your day early with a workout, it’s extremely important to have strong mind and body. Getting the hardest part of your day over with before anybody else wakes up. Is the true formula for most successful people. it gives you energy and strength throughout the day. I would love for you to talk about how you built your teams and your expansion teams that you have built in other city’s. Have you had any thought about expanding to the other city such as Dallas.
