Darling, her "secret" is having enough money - and time, thanks to that - which allows her to take care of herself properly. Either she or someone she hires makes her great fresh food from top quality ingredients, she probably works with a private trainer that gets paid to convince her to work out even at times she really doesn't want to. She doesn't wear herself out having to take care of cleaning, laundry etc every day. She has a great hair dresser, stylist, cosmetic therapist (she doesn't have to do Botox. regular deep exfoliating, red light therapy etc also does the work). long story short, she is just a rich woman that takes care of herself. good for her. @@juhi4 first of all, not all of them have the will or motivation. Second of all, not all of them choose to live a healthy lifestyle. many choose to spend their money on drugs, alcohol and other things that lead to the opposite of looking young. Third, not all have good gene's, fourth, not all have been committed to a healthy lifestyle long enough. I'm not saying she doesn't deserve credit. sure she does. Creating good habits and sticking to them is always hard and deserves appreciation. I'm just saying that considering her line of work which depends on her looks, plus, her support that helps her and promotes her interests - that's not such an extraordinary thing. Look at J LO, look at Jennifer Aniston, look at Vera Wang. she's 70+. looks maybe 50. and she's not into plastics as well. We have great food available in reasonable costs, its not cheap but its doable. We have the internet that provides all the guidance one can dream of. we live in an era of constant increasing awareness of the importance of good sleep, rest, exercise. So.. with greater opportunities, comes higher standards of what is "out of this world" young. Also, remember that there's factors like good lighting, makeup, good styling etc. You don't know how somebody really looks untill you see them first things after they woke up - face to face (or when they clean their house).

The secret is stop fighting age, it’s evident if you can count. Why not be content, you will age gracefully. I am a woman in my seventy’s salt and peppered hair, more black than grey/white. My mother who passed on in her seventy’s had a few white stands in the front of her head. She had an amazing skin, thank THE LORD I inherited it from her. Life has not been fair to neither of us but she aged gracefully and so am I. I still work everyday 8 hour shifts, some on my production line are very young I mean like 17 years old. They cannot believe how blessed I am to work the way I do. JESUS IS THE ANSWER. Can I comfortably say I use products on my skin I use the same moisturizer on my face that I use on my body it’s Walmart brand anyone works. YEP👍 Does Salma Hayek look her age I’m sure makeup helps. I have never used makeup on my face. I do love my lipsticks though just for my lips. 👍👍

I am a woman in my seventy’s, I am conservative in my dress code but still look good “ for my age, my answer is knowing “ JESUS “ I have been told I look younger, I am not carried away by it because I have earned my wisdom. Saying that women can look 20 years younger than they are is not actually accurate because there is a stark difference. As a women myself I always exercise caution when I compare my age group to myself, I say my mother who had a healthy skin, hair and never used makeup I inherited her gene. People do not realize makeup ages your skin. I know friends of mine who swear by using makeup I do not, they wear expensive stuff. I ain’t putting that on my face. Have a good day😁😁
