Salmon Fishing on the Yokanga River

A frantically paced trip chasing Atlantic salmon on the famous Yokanga River on the Russian Kola Peninsula. The video looks at many of the major pools with exciting footage of some beautiful fish being hooked, played, landed and, unfortunately, sometimes lost. The camp is explored and some helicopter footage is included to give a full view of the day’s fishing adventures!

I've been lucky enough to once in my life. I doubt I will be able to go again but it is a fantastic river and the whole set up is excellent. I didn't land a big one but I had a hold of a few! Tight Lines where ever you throw a line!
