Great video!! Any tips on how to do reverse the move? Ie from the Muscle up position and get the bar overhead?

That's called "casting." The trick is to throw your body up to take weight off your arms before moving the bar. Try it on a solid bar at first. You'll know you're doing it right if you have a lot of forward swing coming off the bar. Once you're comfortable with the motion, move to the salmon ladder. Try one rung at a time at first. @Ninja Nation There's also the part where you had to do the "Descending Salmon Ladder" or "Salmon Ladder Kudari" in SASUKE. How to accomplish this in the most efficient way?

You use the same techniques, but generate less momentum. You need to just barely get the bar out of the cradle, then drop it down and hold on tight! You want to have your arms bent to absorb the momentum when you catch.
