Let me introduce you the recipe of salmon-tofu stuffed perilla leaves.
You may use a canned tuna if you have one. I didn’t have a canned tuna when I made this one 😁
Perilla leaves contain a great source of vitamins (vitamin C and vitamin K…), minerals (calcium, iron, folate etc), and protein.

Ingredients: perilla leaves, a canned salmon or tuna, tofu (firm), eggs, oats, chives, green pepper, carrot, and garlic.
1. Prepare salmon and tofu
2. Prepare vegetables: chop and mince as shown
3. Place salmon-tofu mixture into perilla leaves, fold them in half or roll them up
4. Pan-fry #3 over medium heat
5. Serve and enjoy
