I do the same with my salsas. I'd be lost without Mason jars, lol. I never worry about my salsas going bad as I usually finish them in 2 or 3 days as they're so good. 😁👍

I like to add a tablespoon of white vinegar it will help the salsa last longer and won’t change the flavor

What amazes me and puts a juicy smile on my face is that EVERYTHING is right from Mother Earth. The veggies, the fruit and salt....it's all natural with a good crispy chip. Just amazing.

I have to add Cumin to almost everything I can, it's my favorite spice by miles. If you freeze it just be careful, I've had mason's shatter from freezing liquid, now I just use ziplocs or plastic containers.

Arnie Tex, I love you man.. I always put comino in my salsas, it is one of my favorite spices. Mexican oregano also. Makes everything taste so fresh…! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience and flavors with us!!

I've done it on a pellet grill with cherry wood. Came out great. Cherry tomatoes and purple tomatillos. Added a few ground cherries for some pineapple-ish background flavor.

I always make pico de gallo with my Tex-Mex meals and always make twice as much as needed! The leftovers get strained, then tossed in a very hot pan to caramelize with whatever seasonings/ ingredients needed for a great salsa. I like extra cilantro, a little avocado oil and chipotle powder! Hit it with a stick blender and be good for a week or so...

I had a thought. I'm going to try adding my seasoning right to the griddle maybe 30seconds before I bring my veggies off. To kind of toast them/ wake up the oils and whatnot. Might add interesting depth of flavor

Okay, I told myself it looks good but how good could KZbin salsa be. AYE DIOS MIO! It tastes exactly little the salsita my dad makes back in San Antonio. And I did the same cough. It's picoso but not stupid hot. I didn't eat it with chips, or tacos. I ATE IT WITH JUST A SPOON! This salsa is what my soul was craving.

I think salsa usually last about 5 days because of all the acid and ingredients the lime and chilli's especially if u put vinegar it last about 5 days it keeps it fresh but I finish them in about 3 days Max
