this is great, good pace and instructions. Pity about the adds but worth persevering. I learnt salsa some years ago and this is a great refresher for me. It is part of my fitness routine now that I am in self isolation and unable to get out to walk. it will remain a favourite and I hope my fiends get the message and try it too.

Being a beginner, I really sympathize with the guys (especially ones in the back). Still unsure, stiff, sometimes trying too hard and missing a beat because of that....I kinda see myself there. Good luck guys! But by 2020, I guess they'd already become awesome pros!

This is the late, great Larissa Chaddick. As you can see, she was a wonderful teacher; kind, patient, encouraging, and particularly gentle with complete beginners, which is why we chose her to teach this class. Although none of us knew it at the time, not even Larissa herself, this would in fact be the last dance class she ever taught, as shortly after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She fought hard and bravely, for several years, never losing her joy for life or her lovely warm smile. The bastard disease claimed her the day before her 39th birthday. Via this recorded class, we are all lucky to still be taught by her, to dance along with her ~ her legacy to us. x
