*Thanks for the update.* I reckon Chance Industries ought to rework their B'1-B "C. P Huntington" design, roughly based on the Southern Pacific's historic 4-2-4 Cooke track-inspection locomotive (a fail in commuter service, as a single drive axle does burnouts with light loads), into more of a Class B Climax for the narrow-gauge ride operators.

Track inspection is done as of now with a flashlight. Any 4-2-4 gets my vote!! Don't know why I love those, stupid design, but dang, they are fun.

What fun! What's not to like about this place? Of course, there is Karyn and Dale In the middle of it "facilitating" the sugar rush for their grandchildren. No, but seriously, folks: Great show and it is nice to know the hobby is healthy beyond what I've seen in the Bay Area. I blame cell phones. Let's just get that out there. The thrill of crafting something instead has been replaced by the "on-demand" life that is out there. Remember when a cell phone was only used for an emergency and they were the size of a brick? Okay, keep the rant to yourself, Greg. Well done and keep 'em coming.

Hi Greg. What fun!!! I'm REALLY planning to have my 65th there. Unless we are off screwing around. Just back from Chicago. WHAT A TRIP! Next week a 4000 sq ft HO of downtown Chicago. With EL. And then to a guys home to see what 100 million dollars worth of stuff looks like.

51 was a good year as I recall. Don't remember much. I think I liked Ike. Something like that. It was a good time to grow up. People were mostly nice to each other. Mostly. Then came the internet and antisocial media. And traffic jambs. Sad. It's funner to be nice.

Why can't I think like that. It must have been the time I was born in. I am good with flowers and plant, and I love to follow history. I just had a thought what do they do when kids come in a tear something up ? I want to believe they all darling little angels, but I guess I have seen too many little ones that suffer from developmentally delayed with ADHD that crave attention and do anything to get it positive or negative mostly the latter. Well the rides and games look really solid.
