@@catherineneville6719 Fantastic..thankyou! Would you happen to know why the SnS base has no eggs in it? Just seemed strange not to include atleast one. The base is great by the way..but surely an egg yolk would only improve it?

@@sj460162 it is very well described in Tyler’s book but this video also shows how he uses Xanthan Gum to make it work - kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWq8eqljabiZhtk. I have made his recipes multiple times now and would highly recommend buying the book as well.
