Thanks for the video. I've been testing mine for about 2 weeks now. Very impressive launcher. With the grimburg 8 grams I'm getting 19.5 consistently. My favorite is the 7.5 gram aluminum rounds. I get 21 joules all day long with those.

Nice how long is the marker something I was just wondering but definitely powerful enough to take someone down especially with 6 rounds
@EastCoastLessLethal10 ай бұрын
I never measured it. But is around the same size as a Byrna. Maybe an inch longer but more ergonomic
@Joreel11 ай бұрын
That definitely one way to tenderize your meat. Kinda extreme, but hey who am I to judge LoL 🤣 But seriously, that's a good way to see what it would probably do to someone in a real world situation. Now I'd be curious what kind of damage the Byrna SD does in a similar test.

My mercury rise mub 50 gets around 14 to 17 joules 300 to 366fps, on first mag or so on 2.8 gram allumimun balls, i think 20 Joules plus is better, i might buy a salt s2 next, ita be my first 68cal, hopefully that mag getting stuck issue is fixed!

did you compare the trigger weight which is lighter
@EastCoastLessLethal10 ай бұрын
It’s completely different trigger than the Byrna trigger. It’s honestly the best trigger on a LL. Very similar to a Spppringfeild XDM. A Byrna trigger is more similar to a nail gun and quite gritty

Great theater. Any demo should always be at some type of meat, not metal or hard plastic. That said, the demo doesn't represent a human upper torso. Twenty joules is going to bounce off and not penetrate at all. The manikin itself is more of an accurate test. The most interesting thing was the chemical rounds actually burst. The sternum is probably one of the few places where they might burst. The others being the forehead, teeth, if mouth is partially open or you have thin lips. Less Lethals will work, not because of pain or damage, but because you offer resistance to the attacker. which triggers a flight not fight reaction. If you are walking with your girl friend, and you have a knife on you, and some crook tries to rob you and her, and you see that they have a Byrna LE or Salt Supply S2, all you going to comply? Not trying to rain on your parade, I really am not, as you seem to be a man who should be respected. Keep up you great content.

Not even if you were broke and 10 feet away from getting cash a cell phone, etc.? Better still, they try to rob you with a Byrna LE, S2 and they're 10 feet away, and you have a knife. Do you give in and let them take your possessions?@@Outrider74

@@EastCoastLessLethal it's an honor to meet a brother in CHRIST. I don't mention using the LORD's name in vain to be judgemental. I'm a sinner in need of forgiveness like everyone else. Rather, I mention it because the 3rd Commandment, Exodus 20:7, tells us GOD won't forgive those who misuse HIS name. It's a difficult habit to break.
