It can be done several times per day, as per the need. If we feel tired, lethargic, unenthusiastic, etc. - these all are symptoms of us being affected by negative energies, it is good to do salt water treatment immediately. On regular basis, it is good to do it at least one time daily and when we are come back from work, super market, and other places where raja -tama distressful frequencies are stronger.

I've since begun chanting the Shree Gurudev Datta, but I've not yet returned to the foot baths. I have health issues I've been working on a very long time and I'm hoping this will help. When compared to night, daylight effect will have more positive energy, but I dont know why my mind will work very fast only in night times, and even I dont understand that Im intrested to work, study or do any activity only in night times, when compared to daytime.
