The beach was rough that day but on a normal day, it's a natural thermal spring that meets the ocean. I like this dish a lot and am thinking of making other versions too. Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻

What an interesting recipe 👌🏼 . I am so surprised to see how the egg yolk turns into this splendid sauce. Sooh, where did you find the fresh curry leaves 🍃 ? I grow my own because we use it all the time, but find it difficult to purchase in Lisbon. Thx .

Thanks for watching Anne! There's only one place I found in Martim Moniz that sells fresh curry leaves but it sells out very fast. I still think it's better to grow your own 😃👍🏻
