Very confusing following you. At 1:15sec you introduced the ingredients of chopped garlic and also fried garlic. Then at 1:40sec when you actually started adding in the ingredients you mentioned as chopped garlic and fried onion to the meat. So which is the correct ingredients to use???

Due to stirring, u will actually feel tractions from the meat after awhile, bcos the gelatinous is building up
