At first I thought what's wrong with a frying pan but I have to say those omelettes looked fab

Linda,,, thats what I thought, but no oil was needed in that machine and the plates look very non stick, and came out a nice even shape

they look dry and over done if im honest. best way to cook the perfect omelette is low heat and put a ,lid on and be patient.
