check the service manual. usually shows how to diagnose/remove and reassemble every part on a motorcycle.

The challenge is that there are multiple causes for the same symptoms. I finally figured out that it was also an internal mesh filter in the fuel pump assembly. Not the tea gag one, but there is a piece of mesh inside the upper part of the fuel pump assembly that clogs up and nothing in the repair manual mentions it. Here is the video of that. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIjNhJeHpKyom7c

Oh fuck... It's Salty again. RUN AWAY! lol. You'll get this going right 100% again. Remember to attach the training wheels if Eric's gonna ride it. LOL 😂

Now how did you get it back. That bracket you pulled off is also what the seat hooks into when reinstalled.

@@JoeMommaFPV I didn't put it back where it originally sat to keep it from overheating.

my 04 r6 stops accelerating at 80-90 mph any chance you might know why?

I don't know what the fuel rail configuration is for an R6, but it it is anything like my ZX6R, it has 2 fuel rails. The one on the bottom is for RPMs below 8K (I think) and the top rail kicks in for RPMs above 8K. It could possibly be that the top fuel injector rail is either clogged or the fuel line to the top rail is kinked. It could also possibly be the same issue as I had with the fuel pump housing in this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIjNhJeHpKyom7c

Not much room on a bike, just stuff the components where ever they will fit
