ഞാൻ ഈ ബീഫ് അച്ചാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി സമീറ. നല്ല രുചി ഉണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് ഒരു ചെറിയ കൈയ്പു തോന്നി പക്ഷേ. ഞാൻ ഉലുവാ ചേർത്തത് കൂടി പോയിട്ടായിരിക്കും എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. ഞാൻ ഒരു അല്പം കൂടെ വിനാഗിരി തിളപ്പിച്ചാറി ഒഴിച്ചു ആ കൈയ്പു ഒന്ന് കുറയാൻ. എന്തായാലും നല്ല ഉഗ്രൻ അച്ചാർ. ബാംഗ്ലൂർ നല്ല ബീഫ് ഒക്കെ കിട്ടാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. സമീറയുടെ ഈ റെസിപ്പി ഞാൻ കണ്ടപ്പോളേ കരുതി വച്ചിരുന്നതാണ് അടുത്ത തവണ നല്ല ബീഫ് കിട്ടുമ്പോ ട്രൈ ചെയ്യണം എന്ന്. ഇന്നാണ് നടന്നത്‌.
