I know this is horse racing podcast but Paddy made me shed some tears over the most important things in life . He may seem to be a volatile highly strung character but that may have been because of the job he had as a race rider . He definitely has his heart in the right place , this was highlighted the other week when he was aggrieved on a owner not letting the groom of a winning horse lead the horse into the winning enclosure.... He's a fine honourable chap .🤙

I used to work in a high profile yard, one day a horse arrived in the yard owned by an extravagant American owner from Paul Nicholls yard. One of the best riders in the yard was tasked with looking after this horse and riding it. The horse duly won, and the owner pushed the lad in question from leading it in. The lad was rightly aggrieved. Upon entering the winners enclosure, the lad handed the owner the bucket and sponge and said " you can wash him down as well then" and walked off. The lad in question is now a stalls handler and was blessed with the driest scouse wit.

@comerfordjohnnine True , but without stable staff they wouldn't have a racehorse. It's fine for a owner to lead their horse in but they shouldn't not allow the stable staff to be part of the glory .

This is a brilliant show. Chapman is great craic. I love that all the big trainers jockeys owners seem to really like Matt, and paddy Brennan is excellent too.. they don’t take themselves too seriously 👍🏻👍🏻

These jockeys are real hard men, Paddy is a great person to have on the show, watched them all so far and Paddy is always fresh and interesting. The guests are open and always great to hear from and Matt is an expert at getting great comments from people. LOVE THIS SHOW !!

I watch 3 racing podcasts on line, the undisputed best Unbridled because of the intellectual and comedy value. Upping the ante with David Jennings’s and Johnny Dineen because of how ridiculous Johnny Dineen ( an alleged professional punter and tipster ) who’s week in review is comedy gold in the art of after timing where he tells everyone how he’d a successful weeks punting, the Irish angle because Emma is drop dead good looking and Johnny Ward is an absolute Wally.

Johnny is placing bets with Bet365 which is proof that he ain’t making a profit, my maximum stake online with Bet365 is €0.00 as it is with a couple mates of mine in the Uk.
