I literally cried for a while after that movie. We’ve come so far! I’m just so happy that we can just enjoy a wholesome gay movie that doesn’t over sexualize gay people or ends up being tragic. I love the fact that the movie doesn’t treat them any differently than they would a straight couple. And I’m beyond fucking happy that I get to see myself represented in a good light in a movie, this made me realize that maybe I can have my happy ending after all and that someone may love me even if I’m pan 😩

What a wonderful and beautifully made movie by none other than Peter Paige. This story was fabulous, seeing how two best friends can fall in love. It was a slow progress for them and not rushed which made it even more believing. Two fine actors who brought so much depth to the screen and told a beautiful story of friendship and love. If it was, the protagonist would probably have to change to being Harry directly. It'd sort of be like euphoria with Zendaya. But from what I've seen going on Twitter, a sequel film would/could be in the works with events prior to the film's ending. So maybe instead of a tv series, we could get a film series. I prefer that over an actual TV series. Mini or otherwise.
