How things have changed over the years! They insist they were never together and I don't think they are lying. But there was definitely a strong attraction on a number of levels. Their eyes and body language made that very clear. Maybe they didn't realize how clear. You still can see embers of the old chemistry but it no longer burns as brightly. To be fair, they still obviously enjoy each other immensely. In a recent 2022 interview she was almost giddy with him as they playfully bantered. Days earlier he had been spotted kissing a gorgeous model. I wondered if Cait, in that unfair way when a women sometimes instinctively tries to maintain power over someone she once loved and loved her in return, was drawing him back to her. Then I dismissed it. I don't think she's that kind of person. She has well and truly moved away from him in her personal life, is by all accounts very happy. And he has responded in kind...but I still feel a little wistful for them. Yet I truly hope they both have the most satisfying, joyful, personal lives.

Wonderful video taking us back a few years!! Loved the music!!Sam and Cait were really into each other there in in the first year or so! Then there was a subtle change when, I believe, Cait met Tony McGill! They began a serious relationship! Sam had feelings for her beyond friendship, I believe, but supported Cait & Tony and has been a good friend to both! There was just something in his eyes and body language that spoke without words his feelings!!
