i ran into Sam like 4 times in my first years of nyc, like 2009, and then a coworker of mine in like... 2015 (vague) went through a bad breakup and her friend was friends with him and recommended to him to call her and hang platonically to cheer her up, and he just cold called her and they hung out platonically (i know but yes) to help her have people to be friendly with. like he took her that week to a sit down dinner party with philip seymour hoffman. but one time on avenue A by Bar On A on like a tuesday night we forced our roommate to get drinks at like 2am for his own birthday, nobody was out... except Sam and Justin, who were walking our same direction on the other sidewalk HAMMERED DRUNK joking MAD LOUD and hugging/holding each other up. like HAM-MERRRED. was very adorable. wait. Justin. Hammered. Justin Hammer... whoooa
