The chassis looks good! When I did my restoration, box with the Hellwig frame fx kit. Then acid dipped, epoxy dipped and powder coated. Made for heck a better ride with the LS3.

How much would something like this cost? Rough estimate? Separating the body from chassis, changing the body mounts, powder coating, chassis reinforcements, then putting it all back together. Thank you.

Ask ya homie how did ya get the smart coils to fit on the btr covers? Remember old video saying couldn’t get them then see them on a previous video.

Kyle made those by hand. He modified the brackets that came with the covers and said it was a pain in the neck and he had a ton of time in it. He did send the pics to BTR, and they said "That is coming out soon" though it has been a while.....

We have a shop that does nothing but industrial sandblasting and powdercoat. This chassis was 800 for the blasting and coating.
