Samantha Ballard It would totally fit right in with a trailer, the first 15 or so seconds for the logos then opening to Samus' ship upside down relative to the frame then spinning so it's "right side up", panning through the halls of a derelict space station. I,uh... I have a very active imagination. 😂 Thanks for your awesome work.

I think the reason this is so emotional for everybody is because it sounds like "the original music behind the video game nobody got to hear", it sound like the 8bit version was made after listening this this song, just as if this is how the composer intended it to sound. The harp is absolutely perfect for this theme.

The harp is the absolute last instrument I'd have chosen for a Metroid theme cover but my god it works so WELL. I could see it being the ending theme to an artsy but gritty Metroid film (with Luminist's analog synth cover as the opening)

This is cool. Metroid, particularly super Metroid, is still one of my favorite games to date. In fact, during the lockdown last year I started playing it (I still have my SNES, believe it or not. But as an avid gamer for about 40 years this is not so unbelievable LOL). Have been to video games live, where they did the orchestral version of Metroid and loved it. Great job!
