Sam you are such a straight talker. Everything that you said about menopause is so true. In my case stress brought on the perimenopause in my early 40s. Also started thyroid meds then. But when. Stress got less everything stopped and went back to normal for a good few years. I'm so sorry you are getting it so young. Hrt will sort out alot if you decide to go on it when the times comes to consider it. Happy new year ❤

First off, you look beautiful! I wanted to say that I started peri-m about 13 years ago when I was 43. After 10 full years of hot flashes leaving me drenched, I started getting botox shots all over my scalp and no more hot flashes! I enjoy hearing about the procedures you’ve tried. I am 64 years old and I don’t use all that stuff. Just age gracefully there is nothing bad about wrinkles, we earned them . People that waste money and time on trying to stay young are in one word are ignorant. You are going to age I should look like a wrinkly mess I lost my husband of 44 years and I have been living in hell. When you get older and wiser you will find out. There is nothing wrong with trying to be younger and if that helps you feel better, you do you but as you get older your priorities will change superficial things don’t make you younger only waxy and you don’t look real. Take advice from someone who is much older than you, you are wasting your money and time on things that don’t make you happy or better. I don’t put poison in my body besides my chemo for breast cancer. You kids doing stupid stuff and wasting money is just plain stupid. But you do you, you don’t need any of this.
