Is very cool to me, birth in Brasil, see people from another countries studing to make a thing them anithing brasilian kid makes with no studing and no partitura 😂. In the act, the most part of brasilians musicians even no read music

Thanks for watching and for the great comment! I understand exactly what you are saying. When I was in Brasil, I saw what you wrote about. So much natural rhythm is everywhere and in everyone. I had a 7-year-old boy grab my pandeiro at a gig and play it like a master. Kids in the back of the bus beating out Samba Reggae, Pagode, Baião and other grooves. People dancing to Choro on the street corner. It's simply impossible to separate music and rhythm from the soul of a Brasileiro/Brasileira. It's like breathing in Brasil, not something people go to school to learn. Still, for those who do not grow up in such an awesome place, I find that teaching some of the most important rhythms and connecting them to the music, really helps drummers to understand and play Samba, Bossa Nova and Baião more authentically with more confidence. Especially in Jazz drumming situations. Again, thanks for the comment and keep grooving my friend 🤙
