Couple fun facts from the video: 1. The hypnotist hypnotized the owner of the house but we couldn’t add it because we weren’t 100% sure she was in on it 2. Despite getting a lot of crap for blurring faces, we don’t want to potentially ruin someone’s reputation/job/life at the expense of our fun lil videos. There’s too many variables we have to take into account when making that final decision. 3. Riley was the coolest dude, he stuck around for a few minutes after shooting to show us some tricks. 4. I don't believe the illusionist was a scam artist. He was just doing some cool tricks that are most of the time marketed as tricks. Not actually magic but they get you to think. They get you to marvel at the creativity and the skill.

I had a great time hypnotizing Sean, Sam and Jonny. So fun! I only wish they showed what actually happened 😅 The three of them went into this fully skeptical and planned to defraud the hypnotist by pretending to be hypnotized and then later say, “Aha! We were faking it! It’s all a scam!” I knew this going into it. But I decided to play along anyway, because I knew I could convert them, and I did. After Sam and Jonny saw Sean’s genuine reaction at the first suggestion .. knowing he wasn’t faking it.. they were a bit surprised. What they don’t show you is me hypnotizing Jonny and Sam. Sam had the best response to hypnosis. I made him forget the name of his ex, but they didn’t show that part. What they don’t realize is that I was using what’s called a double bind. Saying the more creative you are, the better at being a hypnosis subject you’ll be. (It wasn’t meant as an insult and it’s not even a true statement lol). But saying that actually made Sam respond better as a subject because my double bind worked and he unconsciously wanted to prove he was the most creative, thus becoming a better subject. I totally understand they needed to edit the video to make it look like it didn’t work to fit the narrative and premise of the content. I personally think it would have been better if they showed what really happened and said..” yah we went into this hoping to catch him out, but this is actually legit and we are blown away”. I’m 100% for exposing scams and frauds, and I hope they do more videos like this. But I would hope they would be honest in the future by not editing videos to engineer a false outcome to fit the narrative. 😂 All three of these guys were fun to work with and very creative and even though this comment sounds like I’m bitter and complaining, I’m genuinely not and I actually think the video is hilarious. It was a funny ending to make it look like I scammed them for their money and insult them. 😅 Btw.. that psychic was terrible!! Should un-blur her face so she doesn’t take advantage of more people.

The psychic made me feel really uncomfortable in the sense that a lot of mediums use cold reading techniques to make it seem as though the dead relative/friend is speaking to their living loved ones. It's sickening how some mediums use the dead people at the emotional and, at times, the financial expense of their loved ones.

But there are psychics and mediums who are very good at cold reading, looked at someone's social media beforehand (yes, this can happen), or may genuinely have some psychic ability. But this girl didn't even pick up on the fact that he didn't have a dead brother. I get that they can bring some comfort to the people who lost their loved ones, but in this case, I felt that it was mocking the people who seek comfort in knowing how heir loved ones are doing.

Yeah psychics just get a bunch of junk to make you think they objects have some supernatural powers, and really it is just the art of BSing, playing off what you say, this is why they ask questions, then appear to have interesting responses. Also, knowing common things that work, and giving you good news that is completely made up. It is pure psychology.

The hypnotist was so depressing to watch. No, it's not your fault that he couldn't hypnotize you. It's his fault. I'm not saying that some people can't be hypnotized, but you showed all the signs of being able to, and I literally know exactly where he went wrong. Being hypnotized is a great experience, so if you ever want to have it, maybe try someone else, or I would do it for free. Or at least talk to you guys about exactly how he messed up.

It’s weird to me that the hypnotist will turn on you if you don’t get hypnotized. Like isn’t that his own fault? You’d think he’d say something like “oh, your mind is too powerful for me to control! Hypnosis isn't magic. It's just suggestion, it's a psychological thing. You have to be open minded about it for it to work. If you go in there thinking that it won't work, it won't work. When a hypnotist puts you under, you don't actually go to sleep or anything, you're still fully conscious of everything happening, you're just very opening yourself and becoming very very open to suggestions, more than you'd ever be in your daily life. How open will depend on the person. For example, me personally, I definitely be influenced to forget my name, for example, or forget other stuff. Hallucination type thing, maybe. A hypnotist definitely wouldn't be able to make me do weird stuff, but that's because I'm very self-aware and don't like to look ridiculous. Some people don't mind. If you're open to it, I would recommend looking up Zach Pincince, I was also very skeptical of it at first, but he explains very well how it works in his videos and understanding the concept of hypnosis and how it actually works made it work for me.

When the psychic said you’re going to die this Tuesday and you said it’s Wednesday, it reminded me of a Ron White bit. After a wild night, I end getting back to the hotel at 7:30 this morning and, they’re so snooty, I went up to the desk to leave a wake up call for 7:00. The lady looked at me and said “Mr. White, it’s past 7.” “No. The next one. I hear you have another one coming, put me on that one. I hear they’re running 2 a day through Arizona.”

The best thing I have ever seen is when Derren Brown went to some church in America where they had supposed psychics. As he wasn't so well known over there at the time he used his mentalist tricks to make people think he was psychic. The looks on the so called pychics faces when he did his 'act' were truly telling. He could do way more than they ever could and was getting things right that just seem totally impossible. You could tell that they were thinking : "Crikey there really are real pyschics!" He came clean in the end and said he knew all the tricks they were using and they went very quiet very quickly! I'm sure they probably still carried on their acts lying to people but it was hilarious to see what he did. If he wasn't so open and honest about how he does what he does (though I'm glad he's an honest person) I would believe that he's a real life psychic as the things he does are just beyond belief. Definitely the best mentalist in the world I think.

The board he used might be set up that when you write in the bottom it retypes it self on the top too because you can see the handwriting was the same.

i thought that at first too, but the handwriting ISNT the same, and u can see / hear him writing in the top portion of the board (2:35). also, the guys had hidden cameras at every angle, including one directly behind him which would be able to capture the board (0:22) ....meaning one of two things... if the boys DIDNT see the magician writing in the top portion of the board, they would know that the board itself is some kind of tricky propt which they would've told us.. but i think that he did write something in the beginning because u can hear the sound of the chalk on the board. Had the boys seen him write something on that hidden camera.. that is probably why they're not sure how he did the trick. though im SOOO curious on how he did it and i wish more people in the comments would talk about it and throw their theories around.
