I have such sensitive eyes that water just WATCHING this lol, and I always have to warm up my eyeliner before going for my waterline! I can never have pro makeup done because I'll worry about my eyes watering, which will cause my eyes to water 😜

Not a professional, but I am quite sure that the second look was ruined after a short time because he didn't use a proper eyeshadow primer, that would have helped with longevity and if he had a pure white eyeshadow primer the bold colors would have looked even more vibrant. I guess that he had to make do with what he had though.

The quality of the eyeshadows was garbage for one. It was dry and didnt blend. It went patchy. He swirled and dug into the pallette. No artist does that that watches videos on makeup and practices. His eyeliner was cheap too.

I am a makeup artist, and have either been using a new wand per eye, the clients mascara, OR a new tube FOR YEARS. I have never double dipped or used the same mascara more than one client. And goodness... use clean hands if you aren’t going to change out sponges. These people drive me nuts. Judy, my girl. You are a trooper!!!

The first wasn’t to bad. It was average. The second, had potential with the colors used but the mua went about it wrong. Since the eyes had vibrant multiple colors the lips should have been more neutral instead of so dark. Overall the first was better.

Both looks were awful on so many levels. Quality of makeup. Application. Technique. Colors chosen; from the foundation oxidising, no primer on lids,eyepencils dried out or cheap quality, her lips were chapped could have put a balm to soften her lips , no primer on face, no setting powder..

While this is very entertaining and I'm truly grateful for Judy D and her high level of patience.... heres a little tip: Look at the person who is doing your makeup. If they are female do they have makeup on, how is their makeup done? If it's a male, look at how they're dressed, look at their nails and hair. You present what you want people to see 🤷🏼‍♀️ P. S. Girl I say this with love, please be careful with letting them touch your face with these sponges! Especially when they get that close to your eyes omg! If you get an infection bad enough it can actually kill you. I don’t even let my own get like that, ever! Like not only should they not reuse but they really can’t bother to even clean it? MUA #2 is a magician! He managed to separate Judy D's eyes by two inches apart from one another lol. MUA #1 did good by getting rid of that foundation, she was getting ready to give Judy a toasty tan face ha ha ha, her make up was better still. I still can't get past the fact that these spongers aren't even washed, like I get it in some places resources are limited and more expensive but damm leave those sponges in a makeup removing solution for a few minutes and wash them.

I do my eyes first too! Not so much because of fallout, but because I have very shaky hands. Sometimes I need to rest them on my face for stability. If I do foundation first, I'll have pulled it half off on the side of my hand and the texture looks whack by the time I'm done with eyes. 😅

I think both were OK. The first was a day or work look. The second was definitely a night, going out to the clubs or red carpet look. You would need to dress to match the purple smokey eye. I liked it, but not a look for everyone. You have beautiful large eyes and you're young. I think he went for it as you can wear it. Think of the lighting in a club, it would make your eyes look very sultry and lux. You Judy D are a beautiful young woman.

The 1st one isn't too bad. The gold on the inside corner of the eye was a bit much and the left cheek blush was streaky but with better blending it wouldn't have been too bad. The second one the foundation and blush was a much better match for your skin tone and much less streaky but they eyes and lipstick were too much! Too bad you couldn't get the eye look and lipstick from the first one and the foundation and blush from the second one lol
