DUDE!!! I was just going to experiment with this regimen. I enjoy powerlifting, I'm conditioning for a 100 miler run, but want to be efficient all around, so I do WoDs (mainly the Murph or The 300) like once a week. Let me know if you notice sustainability in your performance in those areas. PS I also do BJJ and Boxing when I can to keep the skill up. I'm curious to see how your martial arts is effected.
