I garden in pots… any no matter how ugly. I get what is cheap… I save my dirt from year to year… pull out roots that may be in it… pour boiling water over the dirt to kill if any pests are inside the dirt… amend it snd set it aside for gardening season. And yes it helps me physically, mentally & emotionally. Sometimes I get great results…. Last year I did not. I learn each year add and fix what I can. KEEP GARDENING!

At the end of the day, we all can get bored burnt out, and lose passion for our hobbies work, etc. But I feel that anything a person wants to do should come from love and passion. Everyone once in a while needs a break or time apart from said thing to rejuvenate that spark.
