this is my favorite ab workout! im pretty skinny but my stomach always had some extra fat and i never saw definiton, even after trying literally every ab video here on youtube. after using this for like two weeks (or less) i already have lines down my abs!! i now do this routine like twice a day, just for fun and because i like it so much. thank you sami because i really thought it wasnt possible for me to even get slight definiton.

@@faithkifle7312 I started off really healthy (juicing, no dairy) and then slowly went into moderate. I stay away from junk food (i have it maybe once or twice a month) I also do intermittent fasting which helps because I don't eat after 8pm and that helps with morning bloat. hope this helps!

I’ve been doing this workout for less than 2 weeks and I’ve seen really good results, I can see a big difference from when I started , i feel so much stronger than I did before n also my body looks different , but, this where not the only exercises I did , I combined it with the Chloe Ting abs in 2 weeks video but just on the first week n on the second week I combined it with the Pamela Reif 10 min cardio / no jumping - silent & neighbor friendly/ no equipment. N I can tell that my body has changed a lot , cuz I didn’t have a flat stomach n now I almost do, I think that by the end of the two weeks I will have it but I will not stop there. Some tips I have for you: - Try to eat healthy, try to eat full feeling meals this will make u have less cravings during the day which will make it easier for you to eat healthy - keep your body hydrated - Try to make your meals with less fat - If you live in a really hot area workout under a fan that way u will get less suffocated n will make it easier for you to breathe and you will be able to do all the exercises - Take breaks if you need to with the time u will get stronger n you’ll be able to do the whole routine - Take a rest day to let your body recover and this will also help your mussels grow - Set a schedule for your workouts this will make you get more motivated - If there’s a day that u don’t feel like working out still try to do it this will help u get the habit - Always keep in mind that u are beautiful the way you are and you don’t need to change for anyone who doesn’t like you, that’s just their problem, always do it for yourself and your own satisfaction

This is my first time doing this routine and I love it , waist : 69 Day 1 : I could definitely feel the burn but it wasn’t super hard and love the music Day 2 : today was leg day so I did 45 min of legs and after I did this ( I skipped like 2 exercises bc my legs were sore) , it got harder the second day. Day 3 : My body needs to rest so I just did this ab routine and some yoga, also if someone knows why my arms can’t handle the side plank pls let me know . Day 4 :I always take a day to spend with myself and just relax , so I didn’t do any physical activity this day. Day 5: Honestly I think it’s finally getting easier , It burn just a little , and I’m definitely less bloated. I did this and a Full body routine from KZbin. Day 6: I did a workout for the back and arms and after that I did the abs . Day 7: And last day I did some glute and inner thigh exercises, and I left the abs at the end . Final results: 66 cm , I’m happy with the results , I still don’t have abs , but it was only one week so yeah I’m really happy , I will continue working out , thanksss

I took like a week and a half break from abs to focus on my legs and back a lot more and I just did this, I was expecting I would need a break half way through but I pushed myself to the end without any stops! Oh my, I did it today, and my dad was laughing at me because I was looking like a tomato, even tough my skin is like chocolate, you could see me red😪 but I will do it everyday and telling you my results : day 1 : it hurted sooo much Day 2 : Still hurting Day 3 : it’s getting better ! Day 4 : did it, but with a lot of breaks Day 5 : it hurted more than the first days Day 6 : guys, abs starts to appear ! Day 7 : it’s been a week now that I do this workout and I have a flat belly and beautiful abs starts to appear. It hurted really much but improved so much I did a break this weeknd. Today is Monday : (second week) Day 8 : it burnt a little bit but it’s getting better Day 9 : today was fine Day 10 : it was easier today Day 11 : like yesterday, but now I reaally have abs ! Day 12 : woohoo without any breaks ! Soo it’s been a while that I didn’t updated buuuut good news ! This workout definitely wooorks ! I love it. My abs are looking so good !

I love this floor routine, it targets all parts of the abs and obliques. It is easy to follow and i feel my abs after. I do this workout in 4 sets so 40 minutes in total. Followed up by a full plank for 2 minutes - working my way up to 4 minutes - if i fall down i pick it right up and finish the 4 minutes. At least that's what works for me.

Eo Jane I don’t remember exactly when I started but I’ve been alternating between Sami, Chloe Ting and Pamela Reid since around early March I’d say...however with quarantine I’ve been working out 5/6 a week so pretty regularly which I think has helped me see results a lot faster

this is such a good workout! The first day was genuinely hard, but it gets so much better after day 3. After 2 weeks, I feel so much stronger in my core, and my body feels and looks so much better. Prior to this workout, I was already skinny, but not at all fit. After two weeks of this workout, and her "inner thighs" workout, I already have light lines down my abs, and I feel so good! I've been eating healthy too, following her routine and I feel so different now!

Doing this everyday: Day 1: Good workout, barely sweating, only stopped for a max of 3 seconds a few times Day 2: Stopped more, hurts more than yesterday Day 3: Harder today, just woke up so I skipped the plank ones Day 4: Not feeling the best today so I did a different easier workout Day 5: easier today Day 6: seeing a difference Day 7: Did it in the morning and evening Day 8: Started school yesterday so losing weight has been harder, it was hard today Day 9: Done ( ended up doing it twice, difference is less for some reason?) Day 10: Rest Day 11: Done, most bloated I've been since I started Day 12: A bit discouraged lately since I'm not seeing results, done Day 13: Still no results, gonna keep going Day 14: Done I've decided to stop this and do a different daisy leech workout everyday for two weeks. I'll update this if it's better

I’m not sure if it’s because there is no breaks between the exercises or that you’ve perfectly ordered the right exercises for maximum results, but this is one of the only ab videos on KZbin that makes my abs burn

GORL YOU ARE KILLING MEEE but this was by far the best ab workout i've ever done. All the other videos i've watched get repetitive and I never feel the burn but this video OMG RIP.

okay so i’m going to do a like update thing every day to motivate me lol. so i’m pretty skinny but i don’t have like abs abs. i’m not like fat or anything but it’s nice to have a good looking body. so yeah i’ll tell y’all how it goes! (keep in mind i run at least 2.5 miles a day and i try to do a butt workout as well. i’ll only be doing this workout once a day just to let u know! & i won’t be changing my diet because i’m a pretty active teenager and i shouldn’t be counting my calories but i probably eat about 1500 calories a day and burn like 2,000! i eat pretty healthy tho!) day 1: today was my first day and it definitely burned but i did ALL the workouts and it feels so good. it also went by sooo fast. can’t wait for tmr!! day 2: today also went by fast by the time i was at v ups it was burning so bad but you can do it!! this morning i saw my ab line a bit more defined i already had an ab line but this is def making to better!!! day 3: today i didn’t have as much motivation since i actually had to go to school but i pushed through and it felt so good to be done now i’m gonna take a hot shower and listen to christmas music ;)) day 4: omg idk why but today was kinda hard but i didn’t take a break soo yeah. i still love this workout as much as i did at first. it’s really good guys. day 5: same as previous days! days 6 (friday): break day! i ran 3 miles tho and did a few butt workouts :) day 7: great day! definitely seeing a change! i think i will try another one of sami’s workouts tomorrow tho!

ik your wrote this 7 months agar but if your not looking to loose weight you shouldn’t eat in a deficit!

Right I will update everyday to motivate myself- Day 1- Took some breaks on certain exercises, abs are aching, see you tomorrow! Day 2- Achy abs, took breaks still, feel like I need to concentrate on my lower stomach Day 3- Took less breaks, achy, feel the burn Day 4- I'm already getting bored and can see myself giving up arghhh

I'm gonna comment everyday just fr keeping myself consistent . 🍁DAY 1: did 1 set , took a break once between ,side planks are difficult :"( but it's easier than other exercises . 🍁DAY 2: did 1 set ,my abs hurt while doing sit ups, side planks are still difficult. 🍁Day 3: 1set done,,I forgot to edit yesterday,my stomach is much flatter than before 🍁DAY4:I see a slight straight line in between *very faint, *also ate too much junk during daytime nd a salad fr dinner😭I'm not fat tho 🍁DAY 5: I got my periods still did it anyway. 🍁DAY 6: Now I m getting little impatient, guess I'll do 2 sets from tomorrow. 🍁DAY 7: Was a busy day could do only 1 set I'm surely gonna do 2sets tomorrow

Love this! just a quick question: if you have a really bloated stomach, like, you only have a fat stomach, do you think if I do this everyday, I'll see a different with a good diet? I have a high metabolism.

okay i just finished this workout and wowwwww! this was intense. i love chloe ting but no breaks really makes a huge difference! i will update you guys after 14 days of this workout on. i have stomach fat and love handles. i felt this workout for sure. i will include 250 jumping jacks and an hour walk everyday for 14days then update you guys

I’m going to be doing this everyday for 14 days and I hope I see results!! I have been doing lilly sabri workouts for 2 weeks but only saw the middle ab crack at the top Of my stomach, i want it to go as far down to my belly button, so I will keep u posted

Ya If you need to adjust your hands under your bum, super helpful. Also you don't have to let your legs go as far down when you are starting out!! xx
