the same bloat happens to me when I eat gluten, dairy or veggies like cabbage and cauliflower so it could be coleslaw, if food is cooked with too much oil or has heavy sauce could cause bloating and being hard to digest too. I have experienced bloating for many many years, and now it doesn't almost happed to me. I could write you a dm on instagram with some tips that helped me. love you Sami ♡

Cruciferous vegetables, cooked or raw could do it. Especially when you're eating mostly raw foods throughout the day and not as much insoluble fiber (which helps move things along). Definitely had seasons of dealing with that in the past, particularly when I'm stressed.

Hmm! I think the bloating you experienced after eating the tacos is pretty normal. Especially since you seem to make most of your food at home, when you go out to eat your body might not be used to different oils or ingredients used in the food! As long as it goes down a bit by the next day I don't think its anything to worry about!

Hi Sami! It could be the cabbage since it's cruciferous and raw. But since you eat brussels sprouts and broccoli, it could be a sauce the place uses that doesn't agree with you.

I stopped eating cabbage,its hard for stomach and broccoli I have problem to digest spinach too and greens but its hard because I have to choose one vegetable for a lunch in day otherwise I'm bloated and in pain ,I drink fresh ginger in water ,it's much helpful for stomach ,I like to eat slices of beetroot I can digest and good for blood.

Suggestion: add some water to the empty muffin pan. It will help to add moisture to the oven while baking making your muffins moist. Do you have any acai smoothie recipes that you can recommend? Enjoy your videos. I joined FORM and like the workouts. I was disappointed when I went to buy a bundle when I received an email about the sale and they were sold out of the shorts and sweatshirt already.

About the bloating: I just came across the fact that there are molecules in corn that act like gluten (thanks to some interviews/podcasts with Dr. Steven Gundry) So most people with an intolerance to gluten, would better avoid products made out of corn... Maybe that is a line of thinking to follow?

Your fish tacos are likely cooked in a pro-inflammatory oil leading to your GI distress and bloat. These seed oils are more cost effective for restaurants to use but can cause a lot of inflammation at the gut lining

It could be the fact that if you got battered fish tacos (fried), those most likely contain gluten and since you don’t eat gluten, the bloat is your body’s reaction to it - coming from a celiac haha. As someone who can’t eat gluten, I always go for grilled shrimp tacos!!

You added brussel sprouts to your salad & you think of hormonal balance? Please research on brussel sprouts and see what damage it DOES to your thyroid gland. You need to research EVERYTHING you put in your body, if you want to achieve that! Or at least book an appointment to a nutritionist to help you with this.
