i’ve struggled with fueling my body and food in general for many years and i just wanna thank you for inspiring me to get better and to look at it as nourishment and LOVE to my body and myself 🤍 love ya sami

Hopefully this isn't a strange question...but how do you manage your portion sizes? Do you always/often finish the food you serve yourself?I feel guilty when I don't, like I'm being wasteful. But also do you follow 'intuitive eating'? I find myself eating either not enough or too much. I've asked you this question before (it was liked by 32ppl) but it hasn't been responded to from you so figured I'd ask again...You've helped me immensely with my workout routine & am loving Form tysm Sami 💛

Something I’ve noticed that helps me is trying to ensure each meal is balanced between protein, healthy fats, and carbs. If it’s carb heavy I tend to get brain fog almost instantly. Every body is different and it’s good to take notes of what you eat and how it makes you feel to help you pinpoint things.

Sami, I´ve been following you for a while and I keep coming back to some of your videos cuz they help me like you don´t have any idea! I´m also using FORM platform and it has been the best thing I've done for myself. I really want to thank you, cuz more than a very cool content creator you are literally the definition of an influencer. You influence people to want to become the best version of themselves (speaking on my experience). I´m a huge fan Sami, keep going like that. Sending love from Mexico.

1:10 add raisins to it the night before They’re dehydrated so they should be nice and juicy in the morning in your oats and that way you don’t have to worry about fruit in the morning. Ready to go! Lol I like raisin and banana with my oats

Sami, if you haven't check your insulin levels, I recommend you do that, because if you have insulin problems (relative to the acne you talked about), 5 meals a day + simple carbs like sweet potato can be a REAL cause for you to not get rid of the acne, because every time you eat, you spike insulin, and the more insulin -the more sebum in the pores. You can make a lab test and try low GI diet for a few months to see if it helps. I didn't know the cause for my random painful acne until I figured that.

I can relate so much (to what you said in the beginning)! Especially during school days I would skip breakfast and eat whatever high fat junk food the cafeteria served. This year I'm going to try to bring salads, sandwiches, or any healthy alternatives to school :D

Hi Sami, I’ve been feeling so unmotivated and out of tune with myself since not doing your workouts on form, I got a monthly membership for my birthday but just finished, my parents were so kind though, so I’ve been doing your yt workouts since but it’s just not the same, wish I could afford paying your yearly membership but college it’s way way to expensive and my parents don’t make enough money to spend on other things besides necessities, anyway I saw your live on ig for the 1 year anniversary of form and told you this, you make me feel alive when nothing else does, your form platform was my ME TIME, MY LOVE FORM . congratulations you’re my inspiration and wanted to let you know that you changed me for better and I’m so so thankful. Love ya and keep doing what you share cause it’s so so helpful.

Hey Sami, could you possibly do a video about how you adjust your nutrition needs on the days that you don’t work out? Do you still aim to have high protein in each meal? Xx
@rachelkate15142 жыл бұрын
It’s confusing with all the conflicting info with fasting versus three meals a day and snacks..isn’t the constant eating more taxing on your digestion and blocking the ability to burn fat? What protein powder do you use?
@B0002-q6k2 жыл бұрын
Eating too frequently may contribute to causing insulin resistance which then overtime can lead to chronic diseases. Alzheimers is now known as type 3 diabetes, which can be prevented. You may feel fine at first, even the first 3 years, but eventually it will catch up to you. Especially if you are not working as hard as you think to be able to keep insulin low despite eating all the time and consistently having to release insulin to keep your blood sugar stable. I’m not an expert but Dr Ben Bikman is an expert on this subject, he has a lot of videos here on youtube and podcasts. Doing intermittent fasting eating only two meals a day has helped me have a ton more energy, I’m no longer feeling tired after eating carbs, and I’m losing weight without having to workout so hard. I hope this helps!
@andeeanderson77082 жыл бұрын
A lot of fasting has only been studied on men, so the data we have is all based on men (this coming from some functional nutritionist I’ve worked with). With our hormones, I’ve learned balancing blood sugar is key!

meal timing doesn't really matter for fat loss... fat loss is all about energy balance (calories in/calories out)... but it can make a difference in terms of hunger levels and how you feel! but there still isn't a "best" approach... different things work for different people! so just focus on finding out what works best for you and ignore the rest :) (for the average person though, I would say a moderate meal timing schedule would work the best... eating 3-4 times per day)
